Collingwood Park, what an opening! A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made the day one to remember.
From the moment doors opened, the energy was high and the $5 Burritos and Bowls didn’t stop! We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate the launch 🌯🎉
GYG Collingwood Park is led by our very own Culinary and Operations Coach, Robin Sehmi, alongside Restaurant Manager, Callum Meader. Robin has been part of the GYG family for years, supporting multiple Brisbane restaurants and mentoring crew across the region. Together, Robin and Callum are building an incredible team that’s passionate about great food and amazing service!
Locals really turned out for opening day, and the vibe was unreal. The drive thru queue was flowing well into the evening, with plenty of keen GYG guests waiting to get their hands on a $5 feed. We even had local RAF base staff come through in a minibus and heaps of local school crew stopping by before and after class to grab their GYG fix.
It was awesome to see so many Collingwood Park locals getting behind their brand new GYG. The excitement in the air was next level!
