A true labour of love, it took us 21 versions to perfect our crunchy, house-made corn chips! Pair them with our fresh Pico De Gallo salsa, delicious melted queso cheese or with our famous Guacamole! 100% FREE RANGE LILYDALE CHICKEN
After sourcing free-range Lilydale chicken, we hand-rub fresh Maryland fillets with GYG’s delicious Guerrero marinade then char-grill and dice, ready for your order. Our Spicy Grilled Chicken is served with a splash of GYG Hot Sauce to give it that extra kick. If you want to take your chicken to the next level, try it with our Mexican style pickles and a little bit of spice with our Smoky Chipotle Salsa. If you’re a spice lover, get even hotter with our Habanero Salsa!
Pulled Pork
Good pulled pork takes time! Our pork shoulder is seared and then slow-cooked for hours until it’s so tender it falls apart. We hand-pull the meat and season it with our delicious Tomatillo salsa, adding our GYG Hot Sauce for the Spicy option. Our Pulled Pork pops even more with pickled jalapenos and our spicy Habanero Salsa, or try adding a bit Smoky Chipotle Salsa if you want even more smoky goodness.

We start by lovingly slow-cooking beef brisket until tender, then hand-pulling and seasoning with our Guerrero marinade to give it a deep and rich flavour. The result? Truly melt-in-your-mouth goodness! We suggest trying our Shredded Beef Brisket with our Roasted Jalapeño Salsa to add a mild kick, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa for a smoky flavour.
