GYG activates at the Redbacks home games, bringing the energy and catering for the team. GYG also caters for the Redbacks corporate boxes each week and is proud to fuel their end of season awards, an amazing celebration of community sport! With a huge catchment of young athletes right across Perth, this partnership has laid the foundation of GYG’s broader community growth in WA, with other state partnerships formed off the back of its success.
The Redbacks connection with GYG goes beyond the court. The team recently attended the GYG Dayton $5 Day, enjoying dinner and connecting with the community. GYG will be activating at an upcoming Perth Rebacks NBL1 home game at quarter time, with a t-shirt cannon, GYG merch and plenty of prizes up for grabs, you won’t want to miss it!

GYG is proud to announce its brand-new partnership with the Rockingham Flames for the 2025 season. As one of the most watched NBL1 teams in Western Australia and among the biggest streaming numbers in the country, the Flames represent an exciting opportunity to connect with basketball fans right across the state.
GYG caters for every Flames home game and corporate boxes, with GYG Warnbro proudly serving as the local restaurant powering the partnership. As part of this partnership, GYG features court decals and logos on players, putting the brand front and centre for the Flames passionate and growing fanbase. Beyond game day, GYG is proud to be fuelling the next generation at the Rockingham Flames Basketball Holiday Camps. Player of the Match vouchers and GYG merch are handed to young athletes, and attendees at the most recent April school holiday camp absolutely loves it!

The Cockburn Cougars are another exciting WA partnership. Later in 2026, GYG will be bringing our Burrito Blitz Activations to NBL1 Home Games. Spectators will have the chance to win GYG Merch. You’ll be able to spot the GYG logo on the front of both the NBL1 West Women’s and Men’s shorts and our branding on display with court signage at their stadium.
With a GYG restaurant coming soon to Curtin University, our partnership with Curtin University Football Club is a perfect addition. GYG is proudly providing over 700 Player of the Match vouchers across all junior and senior team matches. The club will also have a presence at GYG Curtin University’s $5 Day coming up in July.
