Thornleigh, what a way to welcome us to the neighbourhood. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening of our brand-new Guzman y Gomez restaurant.
The energy was electric before the doors opened, with the first guest arriving at 6:45AM. Early birds in the queue were rewarded with GYG merch. When doors opened, a line had reached all the way to the carpark, with lots of school kids keen to score a good deal for brekkie.
A massive shoutout to GYG superfan Jasper and his mates who came to visit another GYG opening. Jasper has been to 17 GYG opening days, including the recent Cranebrook and Springvale openings. Next stop is Gregory Hills. Jasper, you’re one of a kind. Love ya! 💛
The love and support was felt by the crew all day long. It was so special to see four separate families choose our opening day to celebrate their birthdays. There’s no better way to celebrate!
Students from nearby schools kept the energy going throughout the day, pouring in at breakfast, lunch, after school and dinner. The Drive-Thru was buzzing from the moment it opened, with guests thrilled to finally have a GYG in the Northwest. Thornleigh’s opening was the biggest in NSW to date. A prime location Northbound on Pennant Hills Road right before the M1.
