Goodna, what a way to celebrate! A massive thank you to everyone who came out to support $5 Burritos and Bowls at GYG Goodna.
It was great to see huge support from across the GYG network, with a massive corporate support crew on the ground, alongside franchisee operations and fellow franchisees who showed up to lend a hand.
The line was long at peak times, but the day was steady overall, and the experienced corporate crew were in their element, being quick and keeping wait times low for guests.
Guests were treated to the Mariachi Band, free socks for the first 100 guests through the door, as well as other surprise and delights throughout the day. Sports balls were also handed out to some of our lucky Drive-Thru guests and free soft serve was handed out during the dinner period for guests in our brand-new dining room.
Despite the busy car park, our traffic controllers kept the flow going. With school holidays in Queensland, there were lots of families who came in and lots of kids visiting the new restaurant on their bikes and scooters!
The local community was so excited to have GYG Goodna as part of the neighbourhood, and the $5 Day celebration was the perfect way to welcome the community through the doors.
A massive shoutout to our incredible Goodna team. Your hard work, teamwork and energy made $5 Day one to remember! Your positivity and dedication ensured every guest had a fantastic experience.
