Introducing our Caesar Salad, Caesar Burrito and Caesar Cali Burrito! We are shaking up the iconic salad in a BIG way, whilst putting our GYG twist on it!

Most people think the Caesar salad hails from Italy. But the truth is, it was first created in Tijuana, Mexico, back in 1924 by an Italian migrant named Caesar Cardini. We have reinvented the Caesar with three new gourmet menu items.

The result – A Caesar triple threat that’s crunchy, creamy, crave-able and unmistakably GYG.

The new gourmet menu items are all made fresh from clean, high-quality ingredients. Aligning with our clean food philosophy, we use only the best ingredients, including our gourmet Caesar dressing, Crisp cos lettuce, House-made corn chips, Shredded Jack cheese, plus you can choose from our Free-Range Grilled Chicken, Crispy Chicken Tenders or Pulled Shiitake Mushroom.

Caesar Salad

🥬 You have to shake it to make it! A uniquely GYG take on this culinary classic, the Caesar salad is crunchy, creamy, and totally craveable. Make sure you shake it for the ultimate flavour combination.

Caesar Burrito

🌯 The classic, the OG, the G.O.A.T. with a Caesar twist! We’ve taken all the best parts of the amazing GYG Caesar salad, added Pico de Gallo and rolled it all up in a fluffy flour tortilla.

Caesar Cali Burrito 

🙌 Our legendary Chipotle Seasoned Fries meets our new Caesar Salad! A Caesar with Fries in it! The GYG Cali is hard to top, but the delicious Caesar Cali Burrito take it to the next level!

Like everything at GYG, we’re giving you plenty of options to enjoy our Caesar products just the way you like them! Choose Mini or Regular size, go Mild or Spicy, and pick from three delicious proteins: Flame-Grilled 100% Free Range Lilydale Chicken, Crispy Chicken Tenders, or Pulled Shiitake Mushroom.
