- The GYG Icons with Family Fiesta promotion (Promotion) is open to all customers at participating Guzman y Gomez restaurants in Australia.
- The Promotion runs from 22 September 2026 to 11 October 2026, or while stocks last at each participating restaurant, whichever occurs first. Once a restaurant’s allocated stock is depleted, the Promotion will cease at that restaurant.
- One GYG Icons pack will be automatically included with every Family Fiesta order placed during the Promotion period, across all ordering channels including Dine In, Drive Thru, Take Away, App, Web, GYG Delivery and Uber Eats. A customer who purchases more than one Family Fiesta in a single transaction will receive one pack for each Family Fiesta purchased.
- GYG Icons are available while stocks last at each individual participating restaurant. Not all restaurants will have stock available for the full duration of the Promotion period.
- There are 2 different GYG Icon pack designs available. Icons pack designs are distributed randomly and are subject to availability. No specific design is guaranteed.
- GYG Icons are provided free with the purchase of a Family Fiesta and have no cash value. Icons are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.
- Warning: GYG Icons contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended.
- Participating restaurants include all Guzman y Gomez restaurants in Australia. Restaurant locations are available at gyg.com.au.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion except to the extent caused by its negligence.
